admins need to look at this -- after the tide turned against him, he essentially refused to move his pieces. i forgot to put on timer, but he claimed to be 'deciding' for over 45 minutes when he only had one piece to move. considering the situation, i'm sure all will agree this was him being a sore loser, not him 'deciding' where to move one archer.
