I am sorry on what happened. It was a sort of a technical problem, because the app crashed and I couldn't find just_end_turn there afterwards.
Rules state, that he should be available upon connection for 5 minutes. He simply wasn't there.
He deserves to win the game, but I DO NOT deserve 2 for conduct.
I would like to ask for further investigation.
