I picked Drakes and he picked Loyalists with the announced intention of spamming spearmen, on Fallenstar Lake. I did a classic anti-Loy recruit, clashers and saurians, and then advanced to fight him at dusk, trapping two spearmen with skirmishers. He accepted battle, and destroyed my army at night. I took a coinflip to kill a cav before it could level, and missed, sealing the fate of my remaining army. Maybe he is right and this matchup is not balanced.
