Ladder Code Update

Ladder code has been updated to the latest revision (191) in the sourceforge SVN.

The only visible new feature for all players is an elo/game-graph in the profile. (The other changes are all well hidden in the depths of the code, so dont worry)

If you have questions/feedback/something is broken/etc... feel free to post in the Wesnoth forum-ladder-thread.
