alternate servers

When playing on alternate servers (e.g. on a Wesnoth main server crash) please be aware that names are not protected there. We have had a case recently where the name of a ladder player was faked. In that case we thank the two combattants for clarifying this issue. To make a clear rule we point out that if playing a ladder match on an alternate server it will be your responsibility to ensure the uniqueness of your opponent, e.g. by exchange of a confirmation mail.
