more fixes

- Bugfix: hAxOrEd player names can't be reported any longer. This fixes all kinds of serious errors associated with giving feedback/contesting a game as loser and also cleans up the tables visually. Previously at the report screen a winner could search for EYErOuGe as the loser and then tab out the focus or move it with the mouse outside the java menu, in effect the proper name "eyerouge" wouldn't be reported. Instead "EYErOuGe" woule appear in the database. Thanks to Cernunnos for bringing this to my attention.

- Bugfix: Deleted players could be selected and reported as losers at the report screen. That should of course be impossible since there's no use having them in the list in the first place. That has also been corrected - now they don't show up in it. (Unverified players can however still be reported as losers since it makes sense)

- Update: Looking at the profile of a deleted player will now tell you that he/she's deleted. Previously you'd only see a blank/generic profile with fake numbers in it.

- Bugfix: Deleted players trying to login will now get a proper notification and not the "you havent activated your account please check your mail"-one, so they'll now have a better understanding of why they can't login. Deleted accounts can also be undeleted with all their statistics intact, but that's thanks to mr russ and not me.
