new play now list functions...

As requested of leocrotta, my implementation of his idea:

the player that announces he's waiting for a game >>
If you want to be added to the play now list you'll notice that it will now also ask you how the players should find you. The options you have if you use the list and want to play a game is to: 1) Be contacted via an IM 2) Be online at the Stable server 3) Be online at the Development server.

Depending on what version(s) of Wesnoth you use and have told us abotu in your profile, you'll get different options in the drop-down menu. The IM option is however always there. If you should select it but lack an IM or keep your IM info private by not allowing players to contact you you'll be asked to change your settings.

The list will now look like this:

# eyerouge (1519)
1h 59min - sta

Where:
# = Number in the list, oldest entry first.

eyerouge = nick of the player, would be other than mine of course.

(1519) = the elo rating of the player, again, would be other values than mine.

1h 59 min = the time thats left of the players offer to play a game with you.

sta = means that the player is waiting on the stable server (im means that you should instant message him/her and dev means that the player is on the development server).
