new admin

I probably should have posted this sooner but have been bogged down with studying for finals.

Wintermute is now an admin for the ladder.

Pelopidas, svek, and I all agreed to let him become one as he expressed interest in becomming an admin and we thought 3 people was too few to run things. Not to mention the fact that he is a lot of knowledge in things related to Wesnoth and is also a dev for it.
